The Cut

Meadow Springs Golf & Country Club

Opened in 1987, Meadow Springs Golf and Country Club offers “golf as natured intended”. The course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jnr, presents a highly regarded test for players but is also renowned for its playability. During its short history the West Australian Open Championship has been held at Meadow Springs on seven occasions.

Measuring 6189 metres from the blue tees, the golf course promises a unique experience through open bush land, the layout dictated by the natural features of the land. Towering 200 year old Tuart trees line generous fairways and subtly rolling greens. Few holes run parallel enhancing the sensation of being alone in the wilderness. The magnificent scenery surrounding this prestigious golf course has made Meadow Springs Golf and Country Club one of the most sought golfing experiences in Perth.

Araluen Country Club

Located just 40 minutes from Perth's CBD, Araluen Golf Resort is undeniably one of the most spectacular golf facilities in Western Australia. Designed by Roger Mackay and Michael Coate, the magnificent 6,364 metre par-72 course meanders its way through naturally undulating Australian bush land, with each fairway lined with towering eucalypts on either side.
